A Warranty That Goes Beyond the Fine Print
We build every shelter to last, and we stand behind it long after the sale.
10 years
Frame Warranty
Every part of the steel frame is covered against manufacturing defects or damage for ten years from the original purchase date, for the original owner.
Free
Bent Parts Replaced
We go beyond the warranty. If one or two frame parts get bent or damaged from use, we'll replace them free of charge. You just cover shipping.
1 year
Whole-Shelter Coverage
The entire shelter carries a one-year warranty against defects in materials and workmanship. After that, we'll still look at any manufacturing issue case by case to keep your bike protected.
What's Not Covered
Normal fading of the fabric cover, and damage caused by neglect, abuse, or improper use. Sun wears out any fabric over time, so replacement covers are sold for every size, and other replacement parts may be available for a fee.

Changed your mind? You have 31 days. Here's how a return works.

Get an RA Number
Before you send anything back, email us (preferred) or call 831‑477‑9600 for a Return Authorization number so we can process your return quickly.

Pack It With Your Receipt
Return the product within 31 days, with a copy of your purchase receipt inside the shipment.

Ship It Back
All shipping is the customer's responsibility.

We Process Your Return
Once it arrives, we process your return. A 15% restocking fee applies.
Return policy: 31-day return window, 15% restocking fee, all shipping paid by the customer, and a copy of your purchase receipt must accompany the return.

How to Make Your Shelter and Cover Last
Your Speedway Shelter will give you years of use when it's cared for. Covers typically last 3 to 4 years in full sun, and these habits help yours go longer.

Anchor It Down
Always secure your shelter to a solid surface to protect it from high wind, falling or moving objects, and unwelcome guests.

Keep It High and Dry
Pick a slightly elevated spot where water runs off fast. A low wooden platform keeps the shelter area dry and gives you something solid to anchor to.

Block the Wind
If you can, set up beside a building or another solid barrier that shields the shelter from the wind.

Vent It
Crack the windows when the bike is hot or the weather is warm and humid, and adjust them for your conditions. Close them for rain or snow.

Add Shade
The cover is UV treated, but shade or a Double Duty cover significantly extends its life for long-term storage.

Re-Waterproof It
Treat the cover with a water repellent made for outdoor gear like tents, backpacks, and rain jackets. See our waterproofing and UV guide above.

Wash It Gently
Clean the cover once or twice a year by hand or on a delicate cycle. Never put it in the dryer. Treat it like a good rain jacket.

Add a Floor
A high-density rubber floor cut to fit your shelter cuts down on dust and moisture, and it looks great too.

What does the Speedway Shelter warranty cover?
Every part of the steel frame is covered against manufacturing defects or damage for 10 years from the original purchase date, for the original owner, and if one or two frame parts get bent or damaged from use, we replace them free of charge (you pay shipping).
