A few details up front save a round of back-and-forth.
Your bike's make, model and year, plus anything that adds height or width: a tall windshield, tour pack, saddlebags or highway bars.
The code printed on the side of your cover near the front: SS-1 (Sport), TS-1 (Touring) or DS-1 (Deluxe). A photo of the label works too.
Your order number and a few photos of the part. For a return, email us for a Return Authorization number before you ship anything back.

We're a family-owned business in Soquel, California. We sell online and ship our shelters, covers and floors across the USA and Canada.
Can you help me choose the right shelter size?
Yes. Email us your bike's make, model and year, plus any add-ons like a tall windshield or tour pack, and we'll recommend a size. You can also compare inside dimensions on our shelter size guide.
How do I start a return or warranty claim?
Email us (preferred) or call for a Return Authorization number before you send anything back. Returns are accepted within 31 days with a 15% restocking fee, the customer pays all shipping, and a copy of your receipt is required. The steel frame has a 10-year warranty for the original owner.
