Ordering questions
How fast do Speedway Shelters ship, and what does shipping cost?
Orders usually ship the next business day, and you'll get a tracking email when yours ships. Shipping is calculated at checkout from UPS rates for your box's weight and destination.
Which shelter size do I need?
Sport fits sport bikes, cruisers without bags, scooters, and e-bikes. Touring fits full-dress touring bikes like Harley baggers and Gold Wings. Deluxe fits trikes, Can-Am Spyders, golf carts, or two bikes side by side. Compare inside dimensions on our size guide.
What's the warranty?
The steel frame has a 10-year warranty for the original owner, and the whole shelter has a 1-year warranty against defects. Details are on our Care, Warranty & Returns page.
Can I return a shelter?
Yes, within 31 days. There's a 15% restocking fee, the customer pays all shipping, and a copy of your receipt is required. Email us (preferred) or call for a Return Authorization number before sending anything back.
