The Sport Speedway Shelter is our compact clamshell shelter, sized for motorcycles with low or no windshields. It's the most affordable way to give a street bike its own lockable outdoor garage.

The Touring Speedway Shelter is built for the largest, widest two-wheeled rides. It clears full windshields, fairings, and hard saddlebags, and leaves extra room to store your helmet and riding gear inside.

How to Measure Your Vehicle for a Shelter
Five minutes with a tape measure is all it takes to pick the right size.

Length
Measure from the front of the front tire to the back of the rear tire or fender, whichever sticks out farther.

Width
Measure at the widest point. That's usually the mirrors, handlebars, or saddlebags.

Height
Measure from the ground to the tallest point, usually the windshield or mirrors. The clamshell top is curved, so make sure your tallest point sits under the shelter's high point.

Tape It Out
Mark the shelter's footprint on the ground with masking tape and roll your vehicle in. If it fits inside the lines with room to spare, you've got your size.

Motorcycle Shelter Sizing FAQ
What size shelter do I need for a Harley-Davidson?
It depends on the model. Harley touring bikes and baggers with saddlebags and full windshields need the Touring shelter. Smaller Harleys without saddlebags or a tall windshield may fit the Sport, so measure first. Harley trikes need the Deluxe. Check your bike's measurements against the inside dimensions above.
Can I fit two motorcycles in one shelter?
Yes, with the Deluxe shelter. At 78" wide and 138" long inside, it holds two sport bikes or two touring motorcycles side by side.
Will a golf cart fit in a Speedway Shelter?
Small golf carts fit in the Deluxe shelter. Golf carts vary a lot in size, so email us your cart's length, width, and height (roof included) and we'll confirm the fit before you order.
Is there room to store riding gear inside?
The Touring and Deluxe shelters leave extra room around most bikes for a helmet, jacket, and gear. The Sport shelter is sized snugly around the bike.
What's the difference between inside and outside dimensions?
Inside dimensions are the space your vehicle has, so use those to check fit. Outside dimensions are the footprint the shelter takes up on your driveway or yard, so use those to check where it will go.
