How do I measure my motorcycle for a shelter?
Park the bike on its kickstand the way you'll store it. Measure the length from the front of the front tire to the rearmost point (rear fender, trunk or tour pack), the width at the widest point (handlebars, mirrors, saddlebags or fenders), and the height from the ground to the top of the windshield or mirrors.
Why does the height check depend on where my windshield sits?
The roof is a clamshell, so it isn't flat. The Sport peaks at 65.75", the Touring at 77.75" and the Deluxe at 78.75", and each slopes down toward the back. At the front frame post there's 62.13" (Sport), 71.36" (Touring) and 72.13" (Deluxe) of headroom. Each size's spec page has the full clearance chart.
Will a trike or Can-Am Spyder fit?
Trikes and Can-Am Spyders go in the Deluxe Shelter. It's 138" long, 78" wide and 78.75" tall inside, which is 24" wider than the Touring. Enter your trike's measurements above to see the inches to spare.
Can I store two motorcycles in one shelter?
Yes, in the Deluxe. It holds two sport bikes or two touring bikes side by side. Email us both models and we'll confirm the fit.
Where do the size ranges come from?
Each style's range comes from the manufacturers' published dimensions for stock bikes, like Harley-Davidson, Honda and Can-Am spec sheets. A taller windshield, tour pack, crash bars, bags or a hitch make a bike bigger, so use "Check my exact bike" if you've added any. If it's close, email us and we'll double-check.
