Home / About Us
Speedway Shelters is a small, family-owned American business run by Joshua and Taylor Mezman. For more than 18 years, we've built heavy-duty motorcycle shelters for riders across the USA and Canada, and we still answer every email ourselves.
Our story
Speedway Shelters grew out of more than two decades of designing and manufacturing extreme-weather camping tents, sleeping bags, and backpacks. We figured that if we could protect people in the harshest outdoor conditions, we could protect motorcycles too.
Plenty of riders need something more reliable than a basic cover, so we set out to build the ultimate motorcycle shelter: a waterproof cover on a 16-gauge steel frame that you can ride into with hot pipes and lock behind you. We pioneered the enclosed clamshell design, and some customers have used the same frame for more than 12 years.
Today our shelters protect sport bikes, Harley baggers, trikes, golf carts, and more, from snowy backyards to desert yards and apartment carports. We're based in Soquel, California, and ship across the USA and Canada.
What we stand for
3/4" square-tube, 16-gauge steel frames and 600D urethane-coated covers with fully taped seams. Some frames have been in service for more than 12 years. See every feature.

A 10-year frame warranty, and we replace bent frame parts free of charge (you cover shipping). Our warranty and customer service are unmatched. See our warranty.
We charge exactly what the carrier charges us, with no markup and no handling fees, and most orders ship the next business day.
